Canal Days Festival August 2 to 5, 2013 Port Colborne

The Canal Days Festival with lots of fun activities and events celebrates from August 2 to 5 in Port Colborne. The Marine Heritage Festival, Canal Days is featuring youth entertainment programmes, bike race, fireworks, children's area and activities throughout the weekend at different venues.

Every year the Tall Ships gather for the celebration of heritage at the height of summer taking the entire city into festive mood. Thousands of people visit Port Colborne during Canal Days and celebrate with the marine community. Enjoy this summer, come to Port Colborne located at the Welland Canal and north of the Lake Erie for the four days grand festivity!

Car and Kite Show HH Knoll Lakeview Park

Bring your whole family for the Canal Days car and kite show. The daylong celebration at this beautiful lakeside setting includes huge collection of classic cars, live entertainment, food vendors, kid's competitions and lot more! The show is FREE.

Youth and Children's Area

One whole area will be there just for kids entertainment. The children's corner in the Seaway Park is located just east of the lift bridge.

Port Colborne Museum

The Port Colborne Marine Museum is a place for everyone! Visit the museum, find marine displays, rail models, remote control boat show, skill demonstrations of artisans, wool spinning, wood carving, enjoy a yummy stuffed pork dinner, print a free souvenir, get an official Cana Days T-shirt and many more activities for kids and whole family!
