Hyde Park

Hyde Park is a municipal park in Niagara Falls, New York. The park that features a vast expanse of green and it is designated as New York’s largest urban park, outside of Manhattan.

Park facilities:

The park attractions include golf course, separate areas for playing games like bocce, baseball, and tennis, picnic pavilions, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a rose garden, Hyde Park Lake and the Hyde Park Ice Pavilion.

The Hyde Park Municipal Golf Course is a 36 hole complex, split into an 18-hole North Yellow Course, the 9-hole South Red Course, and the 9 Hole South White Course. Golf Course is at a short distance from the Niagara Falls.

Hyde Park is open during all four seasons of the year. During the spring and summer families come to Hyde Park to picnic. In winter and fall ice hockey is the main activities at the park.

Many visitors come to Hyde Park to enjoy the picturesque scenery. Hyde Park’s famous rose garden is a popular place for weddings and photos. You may enjoy feeding the ducks and geese at Duck Island or fishing at the many spots on Hyde Park Lake. Children can swim at Hyde Parks Olympic size pool.

Hyde Park will be the host of the Niagara Holiday Lights. This holiday light display runs from November 21 until December 31 every year.
