All confirmation numbers issued by our system follow this pattern:
NCRABC123-456789
All confirmation numbers start with NCR and then are followed by a 3 letter property code.
The next 3 or 4 digits represent the date the reservation was made.
The last 6 digit number is dynamically generated by our server and is unique to each customer and property.
If you have some other type of confirmation number, then it is highly likely that you booked a room at another web site utilizing other reservation software and have confused the two systems or hotel properties.
Please contact the hotel directly to review your booking.

Niagara Falls is generally a year round destination. The best time to visit would be in early to mid June or September after the Labour Day weekend. If you can avoid weekends then you can take advantage of even lower room rates. Most shops and major attractions are open throughout the fall and winter season. There are exceptions to this, of course.
