Reservations

Deposits in Canadian Funds. MasterCard or Visa Deposits are applied towards the first nights stay. Deposits are equal to first nights base rate for two people. All Canadian and U.S. Holiday Weekends require a Friday, Saturday and Sunday night booking on kabins and motel rooms.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy

KOA NATIONAL RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservation Guarantee Deposit
A credit card deposit equal to the registration charges for your first night is required to guarantee a reservation. Deposit charged at time of reservation.

Cancellation Requirements for Deposit Refund
If you are unable to honor your reservation, call and cancel prior to these deadlines:

Reservations made after deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Charges

Holiday weekends, special events that require a minimum two night stay or more and KOA Kottage and Lodge reservations excluded.

Reservation Guarantee:

We will hold your site all night when guaranteed with a deposit. Deposit will be charged to your credit card at time of reservation. If you are unable to honour your reservation, you must call and cancel prior to these Deposit Refund Cancellation Deadlines:

RV/Tent: 48 hours - To cancel your RV/Tent reservations, notify us by 4 p.m. 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Kabin: 1 Week - To cancel your Kabin reservation, notify us one week prior to your scheduled arrival.

Motel Rooms: 2 Weeks - To cancel your room reservation, notify us two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival.

Reservations made after deadlines require a non-refundable deposit.

Charges: A $10 (Canadian) cancellation fee will be charged for qualified cancellations. Cancellations after the deadline will result in a forfeiture of deposit.

Currency Exchange Rates & Reservations

The campground accepts U.S. dollars with an excellent exchange rate.  Banks are also found a short drive down the street.

*This column shows the number of points you would earn in each earning level under the following scenario: You stay a total of three nights at a KOA. Two nights have a daily site charge of $38 (before savings discount), and one night has a daily site charge of $42 (before savings discount).
