Pasta Selection

• Penne with tomato-cream sauce or Fusilli pasta with tomato-basil sauce.

Entrée Selection

• Oven-roasted supreme of chicken with Pesto sauce or

• Slow roasted AAA Alberta beef prime rib or Striploin with Horseradish-scented jus or

Combination platters of:

• Grilled boneless breast of chicken in herb sauce with prime rib or beef Striploin or

• Served with herb-roasted new potatoes or rice pilaf with French beans & glazed  carrots

• And bowls of mixed greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Dessert Selection

• English Trifle Parfait or Tiramisu with cocoa Dusting & Espresso Crème Anglaisse or

• Strawberry Ice Cream Parfait with Balsamic Caramel sauce

Candlelight Buffet

• We will slice & serve your wedding cake with coffee & tea, fresh carved fruit display & candelabra accents

Host Bar Service

• Your guests will be greeted to a non-alcoholic fresh fruit punch fountain and one hour of host bar service during your cocktail reception. 3 bottles of wine per table will be served during diner. The bar will be open 4 consecutive hours following dinner and include, rye, rum, vodka, gin, scotch & peach schnapps.

Customized Décor

• Your 8 piece place setting will be artfully arranged on ivory or white floor length tablecloths and select from our colorful linen napkin options. All reception tables will be skirted & swaged with candelabras and silver or crystal wine goblets highlighting the head table. Each guest seat will be formally dressed in ivory or white chair covers.

Accessory Package

• Wrought iron or Eiffel tower centerpieces, 4 hour DJ service and a 3 Tier fresh wedding cake
