Appetizer Selection

• Fragrant chicken broth with Green Chard, Fresh Herbs & Cheese Dumplings or
  Antipasto Misto Platters with Italian Cold Meats, Bocconcini, Grilled Marinated Vegetables & Seafood Salad.

Secondi Selection

• Oven-Roasted supreme of chicken with Pesto sauce or

• Rosemary-Roasted Veal with Chianti wine & Roast Garlic jus or

• Combination Platters of veal Picatta or Parmigiana and Brest of chicken in herb sauce or grilled salmon au Beurre blanc or

• Sole with orange-parsley sauce served with New York Striploin with Cabernet jus

• Herb-roasted new potatoes or rice pilaf with French beans & glazed carrots

• Bowls of mixed greens with balsamic vinaigrette

Seafood Course

Candlelight Buffet

• Your wedding cake cut & served, including pizza, French & Italian pastries & fruit platters, coffee, tea, espresso, candelabras

European Host Bar

• Your guests will be greeted at the reception table to pre-dinner liqueurs and a non-alcoholic fresh fruit punch fountain. The bar is open for 7 hours and is stocked with premium bar brands of rye, rum, vodka, gin, scotch and peach schnapps in addition to a domestic beer selection. Mediterranean wines will be served on the bar and to the guest tables during dinner. A bar cart will visit each guest during the dinner period.

Deluxe Décor & Accessories

• Elegant chair covers & plate liners will grace the head & family tables. Ivory or white floor length tablecloths will adorn your guest table and you may select from our array of linen napkin colors. All reception tables and head table will be completely skirted & swaged. Candelabras and silver or crystal wine goblets highlight the head table.
