Complimentary Policy: 1 complimentary room per night,  per 20 rooms paid per night.

Reservation Deposit Policy: $500.00 with signed contract, 75% of estimated balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Groups rooms that are cancelled within 30 days or arrival will be charged a one night penalty.

Rooming List: Final rooming lists must be received 14 days prior to arrival.

Motor Coach parking: Ample complimentary motorcoach parking is available.

Baggage Handling Policy: Mandatory baggage handling for Group Tour / $4.00 per bag roundtrip.
