Complimentary Policy ----- Upon reservation of 16 rooms, the 17th room is complimentary.

Reservation Policy ----- 50% deposit. Balance to be paid upon check out.

Cancellation Policy ----- Full Cancellation of the reservation  must be done three  weeks  prior to the arrival date. However, canceling a portion of the reservation must be done one full week prior to the arrival date.

Rooming List ----- Rooming list is required 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Motor Coach Parking ----- Motor coach must be parked at the back of the property away from the disturbance of other customers.

Baggage Handling ----- Baggage Handling is available upon request. Notification is required prior to arrival.

Special Features ----- Some of our special features include family rooms, joining rooms, smoking and non-smoking rooms, private bathrooms as well as a large outdoor area plus much more.
