The management here at "A Gardens Inn" have developed a series of policies in order to ensure that all guests can enjoy a pleasant and quiet stay with us here in Niagara Falls.

Property policies:

• Gardens Inn is approximately 9 km from the Falls & Casino.
• Minimum check in age is 19.
• Children may only stay free in the same room as their parents.
• No refunds after check in.
• No parties/pets/cooking allowed in the rooms.
• Unsupervised groups of teens,young adults and sports teams are not permitted at the Gardens Inn and are strongly encouraged to find accommodations elsewhere. We require all guests to have proper identification.
• Any individual or group sports team reservations will be cancelled at check in., due to those groups not being permitted at the Gardens Inn.
• Between the hours of 11:00p.m and 8:00a.m a quiet period is in effect. Loud Noises, Parties, and Rowdy behavior are absolutely not tolerated. Guests are expected to observe the rights of their neighbors.
• Rooms are rented for the sole purpose of overnight sleeping and relaxing as defined in the Ontario Accommodations Act. Any other purpose is not acceptable .
• Check in. time is any time after 1 p.m. Checkout time is by 11 a.m.
• Rooms with 1 Bed - Maximum 2 Persons, including children.
• Rooms with 2 Bed - Maximum 4 Persons, including children.
• Rooms with 3 Bed - Maximum 6 Persons, including children.
• Jacuzzi Suites - Maximum 1 Couple in room, no children allowed.
• Usage of the Jacuzzi Suite is for registered guests "ONLY" of that specific room.

Payment and deposit information:

• We accept all major credit cards, Interact is also available for room rentals.
• If you wish to pay for your room with a major credit card, then the cardholder must be present to sign the sales draft.
• The utilization of a relatives or friends credit card without their presence at our Inn is not permitted, unless the card holder contacts us directly and faxes us a copy of the front and back of their credit card along with a note of consent after reserving, or the reservation will be refused.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. The credit card will be pre-authorized prior to arrival. The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations with declined credit cards.
• If reserving more than one room online, please indicate this in the "special requests" box at the bottom of the reservation form.(Example: 1 of 2 rooms and 2 of 2 rooms.) This prevents duplicate reservations from being cancelled in error.

Cancellation Policies

• Any late arrivals after any given time by the guests request, a no show or a cancellation on the spot will be charged for the one night stay, billed to their credit card.
• A fee of $10 will be imposed for all cancellations made from the time of booking to 3 days (72 hrs) prior to your arrival date.
• We require a 3 day (72 hrs) cancellation period, prior to arrival. If the room is cancelled less than three days prior to the arrival date or on the spot before checking in, the guest will be charged for the first night of their reservation.
