grown from a humble bakery and delicatessen that began in 1978, to a five-star
multi-talented catering corporation, diversified to accommodate a wide range of

In order to better service the Halton-Peel Region, Lynn and Morris Mercanti
have geographically positioned Carmen’s to a more central location with the
Grand Opening of the Oakville Conference & Banquet Center. This is 34 000
