CRYSTAL BEACH - CRYSTAL BEACH HOUSE

This TWO BEDROOM PLUS, 1000sq foot SEASONAL PRIVATE BUNGALOW is right next door to the three bedroom cottage. This house belongs to my family so you will find it upscale. Everything is well maintained and in good repair. The flooring, carpet, electrical and water pipes have all been replaced. The living room is over 24 feet long with a large STONE gas FIREPLACE, two recliner chairs and a QUEEN SOFA BED. For your enjoyment we provide a large TV, VCR and DVD. There is cable TV for good reception. The newly RENOVATED 24 foot kitchen has the wall opened to the living room to provide a perfect vantage point to watch the world go by.

The kitchen is FULLY EQUIPPED with NEW full sized appliances and a DISHWASHER tee hee. The bathroom is brand new with a nice 30" SOAKER TUB w/SHOWER. The Master bedroom has a new QUEEN BED, large closet and a built in dresser. The furniture is pine to match the woodwork in the living room.

At the back of the house is a 2nd bedroom with a new QUEEN BED and dresser. The enclosed FRONT PORCH is bright with white wicker furniture. The side yard faces south AND GETS SUN ALMOST ALL DAY. There is PAVED off street parking for two cars. UNLIKE MOST COTTAGES THERE IS NOTHING TO BRING EXCEPT YOUR TOWELS. The public FREE BEACH is a half of one km away.
