Dining at  Kilpatrick Manor

A graduate of the Ontario Chef Apprenticeship Program, Kevin has spent over 20 years in kitchens and was recognized with his Journeymans certificate in 1998. He has prepared a wide variety of menus from pub style to haute cuisine. Kevin’s signature style focuses on the layering of flavours with emphasis on time honoured combinations.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the dining room at tables for two between 8:00 and 9:00 am. Stroll down the stairs anytime during that hour and Chef Kevin will greet you with the morning newspaper, fresh coffee, juice and a choice of three breakfast entrees that change daily. While Kevin is preparing your dish, a beautiful fruit platter with yogurt and freshly baked goods is presented for you to nibble on. Breakfast is quite leisurely and always a hoot.

Breakfast-in-Bed
A wonderful deluxe continental is brought to your room at your choice of 9:00, 9:30 or 10:00 am by filling out a form and slipping it under the kitchen door the night before.

Ingredients
A meal is only as good as its parts. The Niagara Region has some of the best land in Canada for growing produce and we take full advantage of this. Whenever possible we buy local fruit, wine, bread, vegetables, herbs, cheese, meat, eggs and dairy for their quality and freshness. Nance's brother provides fresh honey from his bee farm, Harmony Hives, and her mother makes all the preserves with local fruit and family recipes.
