Taste is paramount, aromas abound, and presentation is artfully arranged. You truly have an experience, of the culinary variety, ahead of you. Due to our guests never ending requests, award-winning Chef Kevin Kilpatrick is preparing dinner for you. This will not be for the faint of heart, because the ingredients are premium and the combination of flavors are his signature style. The menu uses such fresh ingredients that it changes daily and this three course meal is designed with care to reflect the weather, the region, and Kevin's need to play in the kitchen. Kevin will also be your server for the evening, explaining each of his creations. Bring your love of food, favorite wine and music to this delicious evening available on Wednesday and Saturdays, or by special request, and just stroll down the stairs to join us for awesome food in a relaxed and classic setting.

The wineries featured are Pillitteri Estates, Hillebrand and Peller Estates where you will explore delicious red and white wines and savor the finest in Icewines. Your evening begins at 5:00pm when owner Chris, from Niagara Vintage Wine Tours, picks you up at the door and takes you on a grand tour of Pillitteri Estates where you discover their underground wine cellar. Enjoy informative tastings and tours at each winery and then prepare to relax and be served in style with a Winemakers four course dinner at Casa Mia Restorante, topped off with a wine pairing for each course. You will explore and taste four wineries (Pillitteri Estates, Coyotes Run, Kozelman & Reif Estates) and enjoy a fresh gourmet lunch at Pillitteri Estates overlooking the beautiful vineyards.
