From USA: Enter Canada at the Lewiston Bridge onto Highway 405. After about 2 miles take the Stanley Road exit. Follow the signs to Niagara-on-the-Lake along Portage Road to the traffic circle, onto the Niagara Parkway. Keep driving till you see Kurtz Orchards on your left side. The first left after Kurtz Orchards is John Street (Landmark: River Bend Inn). Turn left onto John Street and keep going till you come to Gate Street, 4th intersection. (Landmark: Water Tower). John's Gate is located at John and Gate Streets. Cross over Gate Street and turn right onto the gravel driveway.

If you take the Fort Erie bridge along the QEW, take exit 38B for Highway 55 (Niagara Stone Road). Drive to the end of the road to a T junction - about 1.5 kms. Turn left onto York Road (Regional road 81). Turn right onto Airport Road at the Automotive Warehouse. Airport Road will bring you to Hwy. 55 (also known as Niagara Stone Road). Drive through the town of Virgil. You will pass the new Jackson Triggs Winery on the right. Then you will come to JOHN STREET on the right (Landmark, Autodetailing sign). Turn right onto John Street and cross over Simcoe. You will see the water tower at the end of the second block. Directly in front of the water tower is JOHN'S GATE B&B. Turn left into the driveway just before Gate Street.
